Shipping & Handling Guidelines:

All orders are shipped with tracking number and insurance via United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEX, which are our main preferred carriers. A delivery confirmation will be provided directly after shipment.

For Rush Service (2-Day and Overnight), orders will be processed during business hours and may be shipped the following business day.  It depends on the time the order was placed.  Once shipped, the guarantee applies.

WildGiraffe is not responsible for incorrect shipping address. Please check address before finalizing your order. If there is a shipping address error, you may be assessed any of the following:

  • If the carrier sends the package back to us, you will be charged the standard shipping fee again, regardless of your shipping qualifications (such as free shipping). 
  • If the package is delivered (to the incorrect shipping address due to your error), you will be responsible for correcting the error with the carrier.
